Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training Blitz Day today- Q & A Coverage - Part 1




Hi all !!!,



Today i have attended Microsoft CRM 2013 Sales , Marketing Module Training. Also this includes about Customer Support and Licensing.

Training was Awesome !!!. And after attending, lot of questions was in my mind went out.

Attendee: Does the new version of CRM performs measurement of send emails to customer (viewed; how much time did customer spend on the email; did he continued to browse our web and if yes can we track that ?) .
